The short version: we collect almost nothing, we never sell anything, and the enquiry form does not send your details to a server of ours.
Who we are
This website is run by Eva Toth Dance ("we", "us"), a dance coaching business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +971528790901.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not store any personal data on this website.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and collects your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the pages you view, and which links you click. We see this only as aggregated statistics — we cannot identify you from it.
The enquiry form: what you type into the form never reaches a server of ours. When you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp with the message pre-written, and you choose whether to send it. Nothing is stored on this site.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or send an Instagram DM, we keep that conversation so we can reply and arrange lessons. Those messages are held in WhatsApp, your phone network, or Instagram — each under their own privacy policy, not ours.
We use what you tell us only to answer you and to plan your lessons. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics ones, used to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on — the site works exactly the same without them.
Other services we link to
Pages here link out to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and YouTube (video previews load only after you press play). Once you follow one of those links, that company’s privacy policy applies rather than this one.
How long we keep things
Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Conversations with you are kept for as long as we are teaching you, and afterwards only if you might come back to us.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — message us and we will do it. You can stop the analytics cookies at any time in your browser.
